1. Install OBS
- Download and Install OBS at:
https://obsproject.com/download
2. Settings
To configure the recording settings, go to Settings in the bottom right corner:
- Choose the Output section
- Change the Output Mode at the top to Simple
- Set Video Bitrate to 8000 Kbps
- Set Audio Bitrate to 320
- Set the Video Encoder to Hardware (Apple, H.264) if available.
- Otherwise select Software (x264)
- Set the Audio Encoder to AAC (Default)
- Set a desired recording path
- Set the Recording Format to MPEG-4 (.mp4)

Next, click the Video section:
- Set both Base and Output Resolution to 1920x1080
- Set the Common FPS Values to 25 PAL

Next, click the Audio section:
- Set the Sample Rate to 48 kHz
